When you see someone do something they never thought they could do. When you see someone grow. When you see a client look like a rock star and results from the presentation they were giving to their boss or their boss’s bosses or the CEO. Anything that can be around someone learning, growing and building their career. It’s great that we build brands but at the end of the day, everyone’s trying to get ahead.
